I am a Senior Lecturer in International Management at Loughborough University London.
My research focuses on comparative management at the intersection of institutions and firms. In particular, I am interested in the role of corporate actors in institutional change processes, norm-making within multinationals, and value creation and appropriation among stakeholders of the firm.
I am currently Co-Investigator of the T-AP and ESRC-funded project ‘Social Innovation Processes in and around Multinational Companies: The Role of Social Activists and their Transnational Networks.’
My work has been published in leading journals, including Strategic Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, and Human Resource Management Journal.
As Post-Doctoral Research Associate, I contributed to the ESRC-funded project 'Globalizing Actors in Multinational Companies.’ Previously, I was Teaching Fellow in International Management at King’s College London. I hold a PhD and MSc from King’s College London and BSc from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria.
I am a member of the Academy of Management (AOM) and Society for the Advancement of Socio-Economics (SASE) and regularly present my work there and at other international conferences.
